Biography
As a Topeka attorney, I have tried over 90 civil and criminal jury trials in Federal and State courts in Kansas. I have received numerous awards from Washburn Law School for work I’ve done for the law school. I’ve also received numerous awards and honors over the years from the Kansas Association for Justice, the Kansas Bar Association, the Topeka Bar Association, the Topeka Inn’s of Court and the American Association for Justice. The majority of my practice centers around helping people involved in serious personal injury claims, motor vehicle claims, product liability claims and wrongful death claims.
Legal Lecturer
Speaker for legal seminars for the Kansas Association for Justice, Washburn Law School, Kansas University Law School, Topeka Inn’s of Court, Topeka Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association and the American Association for Justice (1976 to present).
Dan passed away on November 25, 2021. He was a staunch defender of the rights of injured Kansans, and will be missed by all.
